Almost to funny to be true. Right-wing hate monger Michael Savage tied to Rockstar Energy Drink. Rockstar was founded by Savage’s son and has Savage’s wife on its board. Ha Ha.
The Rockstar website used to name Michael Savage (nee Weiner) as co-inventor of the beverage. Janet Weiner (Mrs. Savage to the right ring fringe) is listed as the CFO. And Savage’s son, Russell Goldencloud Weiner is the president and founder.
The funny thing is that Savage named his kid Goldencloud! Or did the kid just make it up?
Either way, you can’t make shit like this up.

Yep, Savage-Wiener named his kid Goldencloud. Today, he would probably name his prodigy something more inflammatory like Fireball, or perhaps more phallic like Silverlance. Also, he claims, back when he was still just a Weiner, to have frolicked naked with Allen Ginsberg. Hard to imagine the modern Savage doing THAT. Oh, how he has changed over the years.

I don’t know what you have against Michael Savage. We still have free speech in this country. If you don’t like him or his program, don’t listen. He must have something going for himself, he has the third largest talk radio program, in the country, with 8 to 10 million listeners each week.
If you don’t like Rock Star Energy Drinks, don’t buy them.
Rock Star is a very successful Company.
I read most of Michael Savage’s books and like what he has to say.
Just keep watching MSNBC and listening to progressive talk radio as all our freedoms go down the drain.
If you have something you disagree with Dr. Savage about, be a man and call him. I did that with progressive Bill Press.
Well, Mr. Green, this post isn’t really negative, it is more factual. I don’t really rip on Savage. Still you toss out the 1st Amendment. Why? There are no constitutional guarantees of 1st Amendment commercial speech. Savage’s radio show is a money maker, that is not the speech that the 1st amendment was made to protect. No, it was made to protect comments like this blog.
Why don’t you sit down and read the constitution after listening to Savage tonight…
I don’t watch MSNBC or listen to the so-called progressive radio, I oppose fundamentalism of all sorts. Fundies are problematic, whether they are the Weiner or Islamists, or anything else. Have a great day Mr. Green.
