I’ve never been happy with my GNOME theming…until now. Nimbus is a GNOME theme created by SUN for their Java Desktop. I just found it on GNOME-look, and it is beautiful. Very subtle with nice gradients, it simply looks great. It is grey, but the sort of grey that is near blue. I didn’t like the icons that came with it so I used Human Blue iconset, they blend in nicely. Then using the same colors as the theme I made up a background gradient, all together it is the best desktop I’ve used…
Edit: I’ve posted a screen shot.
